Aston RS Limited provides recruitment and talent acquisition services. We act as an intermediary between candidates seeking employment and organisations seeking to hire. Our services include candidate sourcing, screening, and placement assistance.

3. Client Obligations

Clients engaging our services agree to:

• Provide accurate information about job requirements and company details
• Notify us promptly of any changes to hiring requirements
• Not directly approach candidates introduced by us without our consent
• Pay agreed fees in accordance with our fee schedule

4. Candidate Obligations

Candidates using our services agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about qualifications and experience
• Notify us of any changes to availability or circumstances
• Attend scheduled interviews and respond to communications promptly
• Not misrepresent skills, experience, or right to work

5. Fees and Payment

Our fees are agreed upon in writing prior to commencement of services. Fees are typically based on a percentage of the successful candidate's first-year salary. Payment terms and conditions will be specified in individual client agreements.

6. Guarantee Period

We offer a guarantee period for placements as specified in individual client agreements. If a placed candidate leaves within the guarantee period, we will work to find a replacement candidate at no additional fee, subject to the terms of the agreement.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all information provided by clients and candidates as confidential. We will not disclose sensitive information to third parties without consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we exercise reasonable care in providing our services, we cannot guarantee the suitability of any candidate or the success of any placement. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
